EIGHT TRIDENTS

Evoke Transformation - Trust the Process

Three Paths. One Philosophy

The Vegvísir — the Norse compass I chose for Eight Tridents — was believed to guide navigators through rough weather and unfamiliar waters. Not simply toward a destination, but toward where they were truly meant to be. That idea — navigating by deeper intention even when the path ahead is unclear — has become foundational for me.

With all that’s moving in the world, it’s easy to think the answer is to run faster or push harder. But the work here isn’t that. It’s about slowing down enough to catch up with yourself — with your leadership, your purpose, and what truly matters beneath the noise.

This isn’t about stepping away from ambition. It’s about anchoring it in meaning. Because in a landscape that feels more demanding and more full of possibility than ever, clarity of direction begins within. When we navigate life, leadership, and business from deeper alignment, ambition, success, and fulfilment aren’t competing forces — they can, and should, support one another.

And that is the essence of transition and transformation: moving into the next version of yourself, your leadership, or your business — not by accident, but with intention and awareness.

Each shift we make, individually or collectively, becomes part of something larger — a living system that moves, learns, and evolves through us.

Below you’ll find three gateways:

Coaching — for the mid-transitions of life and leadership, exploring from the inside out, finding clarity, and setting a true compass forward.

Leadership — to co-create the leadership our time calls for — adaptive, human, and alive in motion.

Hospitality — to bring purpose and presence into place — creating experiences with soul, coherence, and longevity.

Different paths. One philosophy.

Each an invitation to navigate by your own compass — and arrive where you’re truly meant to be.

The journey is yours — but it doesn’t need to be walked alone.

“True collaboration isn’t about piecing together existing ideas—it’s about creating something new, something that didn’t exist until everyone entered the room.”

Coaching with Christian has provided me with invaluable insights that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

There’s no going back,” Christian said to me before we began the coaching process – and he was absolutely right. Once you’ve opened that door, there’s no turning back. The journey has challenged me in ways I never anticipated, and it has sparked reflection that continues to resonate deeply.

During our sessions, I had the opportunity to explore my own values and motivations, and to challenge them through different perspectives. Christian created a space where I felt safe, encouraged, and empowered to be completely honest with myself. The focus wasn’t on finding the perfect words, but rather on understanding what I truly meant. This approach fostered genuine, authentic dialogue and allowed me to connect more deeply with my own thoughts and intentions.

Through the coaching, I gained insight into how my values are interconnected and how I can consciously bring them into my daily life. I now have clearer tools to guide me in living a meaningful and intentional life. I also recognize that this is a lifelong journey, one that requires continual reflection, and I have a deep respect for that. For me, Christian’s coaching has served as a powerful kick-start to living a more intentional and value-driven life.

I am profoundly grateful for the experience and the clarity it has brought me. Christian’s coaching goes beyond simple guidance – it equips you with self-awareness, confidence, and actionable insights that truly last a lifetime.

Trying Co-Active coaching this autumn has been a much more insightful journey than I first expected. When I entered the process, I honestly felt that I didn’t have any clear values at all – and the whole subject felt quite abstract and difficult to grasp. I struggled to see what values would actually mean for me as a person and as a leader.

But during the sessions, things have slowly begun to take shape. I’ve realised that the values were there all along, just a bit unsorted and without words. Through the conversations, several of them have become clear: creativity, pride, ownership, respect, keeping one’s word, a sense of adventure, empathy, and honesty. It has been both challenging and fascinating to watch them emerge and gain definition.

Even though I can’t yet say that everything has changed my day-to-day life in practice, I notice that the thoughts have been awakened. I often catch myself reflecting on how I act, what drives me, and how I want to lead going forward. It feels as though I’ve received keys to begin implementing this in both my leadership and in my everyday life – not ready-made answers, but a direction, and that is very valuable.

A large part of the experience comes from Christian and his way of coaching. He is genuine, inspiring, and creates a clear sense of safety in every conversation. It’s obvious that he truly has a passion for leadership and development, and that makes it easy to open up, explore, and dare to think in new ways. I have felt both challenged and supported in a way that has made it easier to find my own insights.”
