My leadership journey began in the Danish military, where I learned discipline, resilience, and the belief that people—including myself—can achieve more than they think possible. Since then, I’ve led teams from boutique operations to complex organizations with up to 1,500 people, always balancing strategy with humanity.
For me, leadership is a choice—a responsibility to guide with purpose, inspire action, and create environments where people grow. Twelve relocations across four continents have been a constant evolution—each step adding new layers of expertise, cultural depth, and human insight. With every move, I’ve gained new perspectives—not just from brand philosophies, but from the market conditions, cultures, local talent, and shifting industry landscapes that continue to redefine hospitality.
