“The challenges we face today cannot be met with the same ways of thinking, leading, and living that created them”
I walk beside those shaping themselves, their leadership, and the organisations they create.
The way we lead begins with who we are. And both must evolve.

Three Paths. One Philosophy
The Vegvísir - the Norse compass I chose for Eight Tridents - was believed to guide navigators through rough weather and unfamiliar waters. Not simply toward a destination, but toward where they were truly meant to be. That idea - navigating by deeper intention even when the path ahead is unclear - has become foundational for me.
We are living in a different world than the one our lives, leadership, and organisational practices were originally designed for.
What we are experiencing is not simply more change, but a structural shift in how the world operates. Complexity is now interconnected, continuous, and increasingly unpredictable. Information, decisions, and consequences move faster and further than the models we rely on were built to handle.
For many years, working harder and moving faster delivered results. Today, it increasingly does not – not because we lack competence or commitment, but because the nature of the world itself has changed. And with it, what is being asked of us as human beings.
Success now depends less on strategy and execution alone, and more on whether the human and organisational capacity carrying that strategy has grown to meet the complexity it faces. Whether we, as people – as leaders, as those building something – have developed the inner depth, the relational quality, and the collective wisdom that this moment requires.
And the consequences of that gap reach further than we often acknowledge. How we lead shapes the people around us – in teams, in families, in communities. A leader who grows in depth and presence brings something different home. A destination built with genuine intent leaves something in the people who pass through it. The ripple is real, even when it’s quiet. That wider responsibility – what I call the Sphere of Human Influence – is the reason this work matters beyond performance, beyond transition, beyond any single engagement.
That gap – between what the world now demands and what we have so far been developed to carry – is where all the work here begins.

Capacity in Complexity
Individual coaching rooted in vertical development – growing the depth from which you lead. Not new skills or tools, but an expanded capacity to stay present under pressure, lead from your own centre of gravity, and move from proving yourself toward contributing from who you actually are. For leaders, and for those navigating significant turning points in life and work.
Your House of Leadership
Leadership and organisational transformation – strengthening the human, relational, and systemic conditions through which organisations can hold both performance and genuine change. Not a programme to install, but a philosophy to grow from.
Destinations That Give Back
Hospitality advisory and interim work – walking beside founders and owners building destinations with the intent to restore what the accelerating world takes. Places where something in a person can open, and travel home with them.
Different paths. One philosophy.
Each an invitation to navigate by your own compass
"The quality of our leadership cannot exceed the quality of our humanity."
