For Authentic Living & Leadership

“This isn’t about fixing. It’s about unfolding — through presence, purpose, and the courage to grow into who you’re becoming.”

Authenticity Grows From Within — and Moves the World Around It

“The most exciting breakthroughs of the 21st century will not occur because of technology but because of an expanding concept of what it means to be human.”

John Naisbitt, futurist and author

What’s next — for your life, your leadership, your impact?

For many experienced professionals — often in mid-career or midlife — this question begins to surface more frequently. After 20+ years of building a career, perhaps growing a family, and navigating life’s twists and turns, a new kind of reflection often emerges: What truly matters to me now? Am I still moving in the right direction — or simply following momentum? What do I want the next chapter of my life and leadership to really be about?

And they’re worth asking — because the next 20 years should be just as ambitious, but also more intentional, fulfilling, and aligned with who you are today.

This is where coaching enters the picture. Not to hand you answers, but to create space. To slow down. To listen in. To reconnect with what truly drives you. And to make intentional, sustainable transformation— so that your work and life feel energising, balanced, and deeply meaningful.

But this isn’t just personal work. It’s leadership work.

Because while these questions often arise individually, they are in perfect step with a larger shift already happening across leadership and organisations. Organisations today no longer operate like rigid machines — they behave more like living systems. Complex, decentralised, and constantly adapting. They are shaped by networks, layered expertise, diverse generations, and evolving cultural expectations. And as this shift accelerates, so does the realisation: The leadership models that got us here won’t get us where we need to go.

Leadership today is no longer about controlling systems from the top. It’s about stewarding culture. Aligning human energy. Creating meaning that lasts beyond performance cycles. We’re entering a new era — where self-awareness, presence, empathy, and purpose aren’t soft skills. They’re essential capacities. The writer and organisational thinker, Frederic Laloux, calls this the next stage of leadership evolution: Where leadership is guided by purpose, not power. Where trust, wholeness, and adaptability become key to thriving. And where your own growth — as a person — is what enables you to lead others with integrity and impact. And I fully agree.

In Deloitte’s 2023 Human Capital Trends, 94% of leaders recognised the need for new leadership capabilities. But only 23% felt ready to develop them.

That gap — between knowing and becoming — is where coaching lives.

So whether you are asking: What’s next for my life? How can I lead with more authenticity and clarity? How do I bring together everything I’ve learned into something even more meaningful? You’re not alone. And you’re not late.

You’re right on time to design what comes next — from the inside out.

.

“The winds of adversity, opportunity, change, and challenge blow on all of us. It’s not the blowing of the wind that determines your destination. It’s the set of the sail.”

Jim Rohn

Co-Active Coaching: Transformational

In a world that often measures success by doing, Co-Active Coaching invites us to remember the power of being. Developed by the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI)—a pioneer in the field for over 30 years—Co-Active Coaching is widely recognized as one of the most respected and influential coaching models globally. Its curriculum is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the gold standard in coaching excellence.

What sets Co-Active apart is its holistic foundation: it doesn’t treat personal and professional growth as separate journeys—it sees them as inseparable. At its core is a profound yet practical principle: who you are is just as important as what you do. It’s not coaching for performance alone; it’s coaching for wholeness.

The name itself reflects the model’s DNA:

“Co” represents the internal—your values, intuition, purpose, and the wisdom already within you.

“Active” brings in the external—bold action, accountability, and movement toward meaningful goals.

This synergy creates more than momentum. It creates transformation—sustainable, intentional, and aligned with who you truly are. Co-Active Coaching is not prescriptive. It doesn’t offer blueprints or solutions. And it doesn’t exist to fix problems—because you’re not broken. It’s about evoking the insight, clarity, and courage that already live within you. And while that inner work is deeply personal, you don’t have to do it alone.

Working with a Co-Active Coach is like gaining a co-pilot—someone who walks beside you, not ahead of you. Someone who sees you as whole, holds you capable, and helps draw out the path that’s been waiting to be followed.

This work isn’t always easy. It requires presence, commitment, and a willingness to explore. But the results can be life-changing—and just possibly the most valuable investment you will ever make.

Co-Active Coaching

Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions are the space where your journey takes shape — a focused, collaborative setting online, where we explore what matters most to you. Each session typically lasts around an hour, and together we’ll agree on a rhythm that suits your life. Some prefer to take it one session at a time. Most choose to design a tailored package. There’s no fixed formula — we shape the process around your needs.

What’s important to understand is that real change doesn’t happen overnight. We uncover and explore in the sessions, but the shift happens between them — as insights unfold, new perspectives settle, and small, intentional changes start to take root in your everyday life.

What CoActive Coaching Helps You Unlock:

  • Clarify your values, beliefs, and drivers
  • Expand your perspective
  • Challenge patterns and assumptions that may be limiting your growth
  • Explore and define the impact you want to have
  • Ultimately create powerful energy, and a genuine sense of fulfillment with what lays ahead!

There’s a lot to take in here — I get that. And chances are, it still doesn’t answer everything that’s on your mind.

If you’re curious, I’d love to connect and hear where you are in your journey — and what you’re hoping to shape in the future.

We’ll explore, openly and honestly, whether this is the right path for you. Because stepping into a coaching or leadership development journey should come from clear intention — and it only works when the fit is right for both of us.

Leadership - rooted in Experience & Passion

With over two decades of leadership experience across global hospitality and as an Officer in the Danish military, I’ve worked within organisations that reflect many of today’s realities — decentralised teams, human-centric operations, and the need to align diverse generations and cultures around a shared ambition in ever-evolving environments. Almost half of that journey was spent leading large, international teams of 1,000+ people — where clarity, resilience, and connection were not just ideals, but necessities.

In time, that journey turned inward. Through my training as a Co-Active Coach, I began exploring my leadership more intentionally — not just how I led, but why. I revisited my values, redefined what success truly meant, and reflected on how I wanted to show up — in the roles I held and in the cultures I helped shape. What emerged was a clearer sense of self — and with it, a different way of leading: grounded in presence, purpose, and authenticity.

That shift didn’t just change how I led — it reshaped how I understand leadership itself.

Out of that exploration — and fuelled by a long-standing passion for leadership development, organisational culture, and a deep curiosity for ideation and future-thinking — I developed the 3+4+1 Leadership Framework™. It’s not a theory. It’s a practical structure, designed as a reflective framework within my coaching to help leaders and organisations explore what their next level of leadership could look like — in today’s fast-evolving, deeply human world.

A New Paradigm for Leadership and Organizations

In a world of accelerating complexity, Frederic Laloux’s work invites us to rethink how we organize and lead.

Rather than control, prediction, and hierarchy, the next stage of organisational evolution — often called Teal — is rooted in self-management, wholeness, and evolutionary purpose.

It’s not about doing more or forcing harder. It’s about sensing, adapting, and leading from deeper alignment — trusting that organisations, like people, grow stronger when clarity, human connection, and authenticity are at the core.

His philosophy challenges leaders not to impose structure on complexity, but to navigate with clarity from within it — echoing the same shift toward depth, alignment, and real connection that the 3+4+1 Framework is built to support.

For those curious to explore more, Reinventing Organizations offers an inspiring and thought-provoking perspective on what the future of leadership and organisations can become.

“We are not what we think, but what we do — and what we do next.”

This book really landed with me — a powerful eye-opener to how tightly our identity can become tied to our career, our title, our role at work. But what happens when you suddenly lose your job? Or when you realise that what you’re working on no longer excites or fulfills you? Who are you then?

If you’re in midlife, chances are you’ve experienced either scenario — or both. Or you’ve had friends who have. It’s not an easy identity phase to navigate.

Working Identity is about exactly this. Through compelling case stories and well-researched insights, Ibarra shows how people in mid-career — often accomplished and seemingly “settled” — begin to feel a quiet restlessness. A questioning. A sense that who they’ve been professionally no longer fully aligns with who they’re becoming.

But rather than prescribing radical leaps or rigid plans, she proposes a more organic, experimental path forward: try things on. Test new roles. Explore different relationships. Follow your curiosity — and through that, discover what truly resonates.

One idea that especially resonated with me — as both coach and client — is this: we don’t just think our way into new identities. We live into them.

That’s the heart of a coaching mindset. Yes, reflection and looking inward are vital — to set your sails and become intentional about what truly matters. But if you’re exploring coaching as a tool for transformation, it’s essential to understand: change only happens when reflection is paired with action.

That’s the work. That’s the invitation.

The 3+4+1 Framework ™

Three Dimensions. Four Capacities. One Clear Path Forward.

A practical structure for the kind of leadership our reality now calls for.

Built from real-world experience and designed in response to the shift toward more human-centered organisations, the 3+4+1 Framework™ offers a clear yet flexible structure for evolving leadership — one that supports both the individual and the system. Because leadership today isn’t about managing people. It’s about enabling ecosystems of expertise, vision, and human energy — all moving toward a shared purpose.

The framework invites you to explore leadership across three essential layers:

→ How you structure your leadership

→ How you lead from within

→ How you align it all into one clear path forward — even as the world continues to shift around you

But this isn’t a fixed model or formula. It’s a guide for inquiry — one that helps leaders reflect on three essential questions:

➔ How do I create direction?

➔ How do I mobilise energy?

➔ How do I stay connected — to myself, others, and the evolving reality around me?

The framework can be used in training with leadership teams or as part of an individual coaching journey. In both, we expand, test, and build the mindset and tools to support your next chapter of leadership — in ways that are personal, real, and sustainable. The work is grounded in the principles of Co-Active Coaching: the belief that you are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole.

So I don’t bring you answers. I help you explore the ones that are already within. Together, we look at what defines you — your values, your capacities, your way of relating to yourself and the world — and from there, you define how you want to grow, lead, and show up in what comes next. Because authentic leadership isn’t built from the outside in. It grows from the inside out — with clarity, capacity, and alignment at the core.

Aligned Leadership™- a transformative coaching package

    For Purpose, Presence & Performance

    Leadership is already shifting.

The world’s most influential firms — from McKinsey to BCG, Deloitte, and Accenture — are moving decisively toward more human-centric, purpose-led models of leadership. Why? Because traditional playbooks can no longer meet the complexity, pace, and expectations of today’s organisations — and our paradigms for what leadership means have evolved.

Structures are shifting. Cultures are evolving. And the way we lead must evolve too.

The next chapter of leadership demands not just new skills, but deeper capacities: purpose, presence, adaptability, and the clarity to lead through ambiguity and change — while staying grounded in what matters most.
